Hari Anak Nasional

23 22 July .. selalu di peringati sebagai hari anak nasional…. dari kecil sampe dewasa sekarang, saya sendiri tidak pernah merasakan perbedaan dalam hari anak ini….
tentu saja lingkungan, gaya hidup antara saya dan anak saya jelas berbeda…. entah bagaimana dengan anda…

berikut hal-hal yang berbeda di jaman saya kecil & jaman anak sekarang : meja belajar, kalkulator, sekolah….
1. meja belajar
dulu saya tidak pernah punya meja belajar keren Olympic (disaat temen2 punya), meja belajar yg saya punya adalah meja belajar kayu jati yg menurut ayah saya lebih bagus….. buat saya saat itu, apa bagusnya.. warnya coklat gelap semua, cuma ada laci di bawah.. sedangkan meja olympic berwarna warni dan sampai ke atas…

foto di atas adalah foto saat saya dan beberapa teman ketemuan untuk makan siang di plasa senayan… saya yg pake rok, Intan yg ngk pake jilbab, Nia dengan jilbab putih, Debby dengan jilbab biru & Antari dengan jilbab motif…
Antari dari Sarja bertemu dengan Nia & Debby di KPPTI. lalu mereka naik taksi untuk menjemput saya di halte bis TransJakarta yg di Bank Indonesia, langsung ke arah Plasa Senayan…..kata teman-teman kehadiran saya bikin tepat waktu karena biasanya hanya Intan seorang yg datang di tempat janjian pada waktu yg ditentukan, sedangkan teman-teman lain suka molor sampai setengah jam… mungkin maksudnya sih bikin jantungan yah.. serba terburu-buru… maaf yah…
kami langsung ke foodcourt tempat kami janjian bertemu, lalu pesan makanan… menunggu Intan yg belum datang…
begitu ketemu basa-basi dikit langsung foto-foto…foto-foto pake HP yg berbeda2.. ada Nokia, ada Sony Ericsson & Motorola…. setelah makan-makan kami memutuskan foto di fotobox.. maklumlah, walaupun kami semua sudah punya anak.. tapi waktu kecil belon ada foto box….. dengan susah payah, kami berhasil foto di box yg super kecil (atau kami yg kegedeean yah .. hihihiii) …

kriuk..kriuk…

hello friends…. (almost) everyone knows what a “krupuk” is….
here is a packaged-krupuk-bawang ….. a simple package contains only kerupuk bawang…
taste good for me…. & I think Naisa is agree with me…..
for me, I got the perception that krupuk is a cheap food tasty…
and now time to get a healthier krupuk… in a package …. brand named Leo…
and sorry…. you will not find it in anywhere in Jakarta … not because it is imported …. but because Garuda Food does not sell it in Jakarta … at least not now….
then you would ask me where did I get it? the brand manager gave us in the training class I joined at MarkPlus….

World Heritage vs 7 wonders

walaupun aku emang lagi belon mood nulis.. tapi ini bener2 bikin gemes campur geram….

inget 7 keajaiban dunia, yg di ajarkan di sekolah? dan daftarnya makin banyak menurut UNESCO… baca di http://whc.unesco.org/en/list Borobudur Indonesia, Piramyd Mesir, Great wall China, Menara Eiffel Perancis, Hanging Garden (Taman gantung) di Babylonia, Sphix Mesir, Taj Mahal India
Yg dilakukan UNESCO bertujuan untuk pelestarian: “Heritage is our legacy from the past, what we live with today, and what we pass on to future generations.” http://whc.unesco.org/en/about/

kemudian, kontradiksi thd yg dilakukan UNESCO dimana daftarnya bertambah panjang.. ehh ternyata ada pemilihan pooling yg dilakukan untuk menentukan HANYA 7 keajaiban dunia versi 07-07-2007… yg ditutup 6 juli 2007. pooling ini dilakukan melalui website, sms & telp. dimana yg menjadi pemenang pooling :Chichén Itzá (kota tua Maya) di Mexico; Christ Redeemer (Patung Yesus) di Brazil; The Great Wall di China; Machu Picchu di Peru; Petra (puing2 taman Petra) di Jordan; The Roman Colloseum di Italy; The Taj Mahal di IndiaUNESCO sendiri, tidak mendukung hal ini .. dapat dibaca di http://portal.unesco.org/en/ev.php-URL_ID=38482&URL_DO=DO_TOPIC&URL_SECTION=201.html yg intinya dimana apa yg menjadi kriteria sangatlah berbeda… dimana UNESCO menjunjung world heritage, dan pak Weber adalah menggalang dana untuk pembangunan kembali patung di Afganistan — yg bisa di baca di http://www.wired.com/culture/lifestyle/news/2002/05/52704 ….
Kita– di Indonesia ajah, ngk ada tuh yg namanya pooling tsb.. coba kalo ada.. pasti banyak yg ngusulin & memilih Borobodur, Prambanan & benda2 arkeologi… krn terletak di Indonesia & penduduk Indonesia tuh kan banyak…..

menurutku, tidak lah adil utk melakukan pooling terhadap keajaiban dunia … karena keterbasan dalam banyak hal, misal lokasi pooling, kepengetahuan peserta pooling terhadap kondisi di tempat…

dan jika kita sekarang browsing untuk mencari keajaiban 7 dunia, maka buuaannyaaakk.. (saking banyaknya) website-website yg sepertinya dimiliki oleh orang yg sama… bainwash

In order to avoid any damaging confusion, UNESCO wishes to reaffirm that there is no link whatsoever between UNESCO’s World Heritage programme, which aims to protect world heritage, and the current campaign concerning “The New 7 Wonders of the World”.

Decorative Painting Technique

Stensil
It is the simplest way for amateur like me. You need only the stencil (could be found in Ace Hardware). It’s considered the easiest, fastest ‘n cheapest way.But I thought this is too simple for the kids since only leaf & star stencils that available in Ace Pondok Indah. My experience, Ace Puri is richer in painting areas – but we don’t have time to go there. Traffic jam is what I am avoiding in this exciting week.
Difficulty level : Easy
Tips :
1.  do practice in a paper & mark the walls to sharpen the imagination into real.
2.  use alphabet stencils will make your children happy
3.  though using spray is easier than using brush, be careful so you’ll not coloring the unwanted paint areas

Mural
It is not suggested for small room but if you really want it, you may apply it only in one-open-side and let other side in one softer color. Difficulty level : Hard
Tips:
1. Choose non-TV-character theme if you not convince with the mural (or your self hihihiii). Free themes such as animals, sky are easier to be done.
2. Start from kinder garden. Why? Because you can see mural artist result best.
3. Find your college-students-neighbor. Having template in drawing book first would be safe you from heart attack… you know what I mean, right? 
4. Use stickers as alternative – like what I did. Combining small & large stickers are fun. ‘Till I write this blog, I only find these size combination stickers in Mitra-10 with limited pictures: helicopter, car, locomotive, girl-skirt. For characters stickers are available in Ace Hardware ‘n Mitra-10.

Striping
Narrow strip is best for small room when wider strip is work only for big room. As known, vertical strip will make the wall higher, when horizontal strip will make the wall wider. You can also use many combine colors & size in each strip. Striping needs your accuracy, patience.
Difficulty level : Easy/Medium
Tips :
1.  use tape-size as the strip size so you can reduce time consumption.
2. use the family color rather than colorful for amateur
3.  use darker color for lower part of the wall

Sponging
Sponging is good for both small and large room. It need your steady hand to give a constant pressure power. You can add many color layer though I believe three color include base color is sufficient enough for our eyes.
Difficulty level : Easy/Medium
Tips : do not ever try to use 3M-wash sponge though it’s consider as expensive wash sponge. I did try ‘n it’s not match hehehheee

Ragging
This method can be done by using roll or plastic. It need your patience & partner to do. Use roll for flat surface, and plastic for problem-wall.
Difficulty level : Medium/Hard 

Difficulty level description :
Easy : It can be done by yourself alone
Medium : It can be done by yourself alone or with partner. It need more patience 
Hard : It really need partner to do and some experience in other technique 

me & me

left-side : me @ plain look — no make up — this is how I look.. at home, at the office, in anywhere… in almost anytime n any occasion…

right-side : me after make up… it took 1,5 hours … i doubt i can do it for daily basis… too many things n time consuming.. hehehehhee….

but anyway, i’m a working woman with 2 children… so i better start doing those things to my face…..
