Setting Gmail at Motorola Q9 or WM5 or WM6

herewith my experience when setting my Gmail in my Motorola Q9 — using IMAP.
I assure this setting can be used in amy Windows Mobile 5 (WM-5) or higher (Moto-Q use WM-6).

There are 2 steps setting which are :
1. setting at your Gmail account
2. setting (adding) new email account (Gmail) at phone

Setting at GMail
1. Click Settings at the top of any Gmail page
2. Click Forwarding and POP/IMAP
3. Click Enable IMAP

After that, I configure Motorola-Q(or any of your phone) as steps below.
1. Click Messaging then click (Add) New Email Account

Input email address : username@gmail.com
[ticked] Try to get email settings automatically from the Internet
click Next
3. page-2
Your name : username
Account Display Name : Gmail
Click next
4. page-3
Username : [type-in your username]
Password : [type-in your password]
[ticked] Save password
Click next
5. page-4
Setup is complete. To download email, press Finish.

that’s the basic & simplest way to set our Gmail at phone. You can retrieve by POP3 also.
If you want to do advance setting, you can do on the last setting page at your phone.
